About the Journal
Kerygma is an open-access electronic scholarly journal, founded in 2005, which publishes interdisciplinary articles in the fields of Religious Studies and Theology. Its purpose is to disseminate academic research in these areas and to promote critical reflection and theological dialogue on issues relevant to the Christian faith and contemporary society.
The journal holds a Qualis/CAPES B1 classification (2021–2024) and is indexed in major academic databases, establishing itself as a qualified venue for the dissemination of scientific knowledge.
Kerygma is published by the Centro Universitário Adventista de São Paulo (UNASP) and uses the Open Journal Systems platform for its editorial management, a system developed by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP) at the University of British Columbia.
