Resumo

Os palácios herodianos em Jericó têm sido fonte de pesquisa para muitos estudiosos por seu tamanho, construção e preservação. No entanto, a arquitetura desses palácios ainda não foi analisada com base nos conhecimentos modernos de conforto térmico e técnicas de design. Este artigo analisa, portanto, os palácios do primeiro século de Herodes, o Grande, em Jericó, tendo em vista esse conhecimento moderno.
