Conhecendo o grupo da terceira idade
Keywords:
Pastoral Ministry, Senior Citizens, Seventh-day Adventist Church.Abstract
The pastoral ministry is an on-going relationship with all the different kind of people, here included the senior citizens, a fast growing slice of society. Due to this reality in modern society, there is a need for a pastor to be better acquainted with such a group, in order to more efficiently serve these people. The present study aims to provide some knowledge that could be used in socialization through a number of diverse activities that may help Seventh-day Adventist members in their ministry to the senior citizens, in their emotive and relationship needs. It can also become a tool in the missionary outreach program as they reach out to those who do not belong to the Church.
