The christian wedding: the rescue of the biblical beliefs as a solution for emotional crisis
Keywords:
Emotional intelligence, Spiritual intelligence, Wedding, BibleAbstract
This article presents some thoughts about the smilarities between the types of the emotional intelligence and existential/spitirual intelligence, and also their importance as christian couples search for solutions for emotional crisis. The theorical assumptions analysed are based on the theory of the multiple intelligences of Howard Gardner, specially on the emotional and existential/spiritual intelligences. Also, the four abilities of an emotionally intelligent person discussed by the psychologist Daniel Goleman in his work Inteligência Emocional are compared to analogue biblical principles. Parting from these considerations, it was observed that the emotionally and spiritually intellignet couples will have more chances to reach a higher level of satisfaction.
