About the Journal

Focus and Scope

The Journal of Interdisciplinary Lifestyle Studies is a continuous-publication scientific journal dedicated to disseminating original, interdisciplinary, and unpublished research on lifestyle and its interfaces with health, education, environment, applied social sciences, technology, and human well-being.

The main objective of the journal is to foster innovative academic production with an international perspective and ethical commitment, encouraging interdisciplinary dialogue on the multiple dimensions of contemporary lifestyle.

The journal welcomes contributions in (but not limited to) the following areas:

  • Health, quality of life, and well-being;

  • Lifestyle and social, cultural, and environmental determinants;

  • Education and the promotion of healthy habits;

  • Sustainability and environmental studies;

  • Ethics, scientific integrity, and public policies related to lifestyle;

  • Impacts of digital technologies and artificial intelligence on everyday life;

  • Interdisciplinary studies on spirituality, society, and behavior;

  • Applied research in management, social sciences, and humanities connected to lifestyle studies.

For manuscript submission, originality is mandatory: articles must be unpublished, not under review by another journal, and must follow the American Psychological Association (APA, latest edition) guidelines.
